These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk98 ("pk98", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk98.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk98 platform — including casino games, sportsbook services, promotions, and account management tools — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pk98 platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the game in question only.

2.1 Age Requirement. pk98 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on pk98. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pk98 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately, and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active pk98 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact pk98 support immediately.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your pk98 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using pk98 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk98 does not represent that its services are appropriate or lawful in all locations. Pakistani players acknowledge their responsibility to comply with applicable local laws and regulations governing online gaming.

2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees of pk98, its affiliates, software providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in pk98 promotions.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk98 login credentials, including your username and password. pk98 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

3.2 All activity conducted through your pk98 account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify pk98 support immediately via live chat.

3.4 pk98 reserves the right to temporarily lock or suspend an account pending investigation if unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected.

4.1 Accepted Methods. pk98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may vary based on your account verification status.

4.2 PKR Transactions. All accounts on pk98 operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

4.3 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount on pk98 is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.4 Verification. pk98 reserves the right to request verification of identity and payment method before processing any withdrawal. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and confirmation of ownership of the payment instrument used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification is complete.

4.5 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. pk98 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.6 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that you lawfully own. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5.1 pk98 offers bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.

5.2 Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless otherwise stated.

5.3 pk98 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time. Promotions are available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Abuse of bonus offers — including opening multiple accounts or collusion — will result in disqualification and may lead to account suspension.

5.4 Bonuses are not transferable and carry no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements.

6.1 All bets placed on pk98 — including casino wagers and sports bets — are subject to the specific game rules and/or sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. These rules are accessible within each game and on the sportsbook interface.

6.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended. pk98 is not responsible for errors made by the player in selecting bet types, amounts, or selections.

6.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or live betting session, pk98 will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. Where round results cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 pk98 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or prices resulting from human or technical error. Players who knowingly exploit such errors may have their accounts suspended.

6.5 The results of casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment. pk98 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk98 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players or pk98 staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Money laundering or any activity that facilitates financial crime;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Accessing pk98 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Impersonating another player or pk98 employee;
• Any conduct that pk98 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward support staff or other users.

All content on the pk98 platform — including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, audio, and game content — is the intellectual property of pk98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from pk98 without express prior written consent from pk98.

pk98 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk98.club/privacy-policy. By registering a pk98 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk98 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with essential service providers (payment processors, identity verification services) as required to operate the platform.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk98 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk98 platform.

10.2 pk98's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your account shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pk98 account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 pk98 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

12.1 You may close your pk98 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method.

12.2 pk98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

12.3 pk98 may also close accounts as required by law, regulatory instruction, or due to inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive months). Inactive accounts may be subject to a dormancy fee as described in the Cashier terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk98 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk98 platform shall first be submitted to pk98's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through that process, it may be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or independent adjudication body specified in pk98's licensing terms.

pk98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of pk98 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your pk98 account prior to the effective date.
